| Palace of Versailles (France)- No trip to the Paris region of France would be complete without a visit to one of Europe's most famous and storied palaces. The elegance of the architecture and serene design of the sprawling gardens gave rise to visions of royal gatherings. An Ink drawing can be a wonderful place to explore the fundamental elements of line, shape, texture and depth. My drawings are a combination of earth tone inks and black ink on white paper. The layering effect of the inks lends itself nicely the definition of form and the subtle expression of depth. | ||
