Oil on Canvas Panel, 14” x 11”

A warm summer breeze softly moved across the valley floor as I walked along the banks of the Cement Creek. I pushed through some pine bows hanging low along the shoreline to spy my youngest son thoughtfully casting his line into a swirling pool of water on the far side of the rushing waters. We’d spent that day fishing with friends and family. Later, at a nearby cabin, we all gathered around an open fire, cooked our catch and indulged in the pleasure of good fellowship.
