Oil on Canvas, 28” x 22”

This exceptional display of wildflowers was captured just a few miles from my home town of Crested Butte Colorado along the Brush Creek trail. Meandering along the basin of the East River Valley, wandering through ancient Aspen groves, I stopped here to muse at the whimsical gathering of Larkspur that seemed to be reaching skyward and dancing their way across the colorful landscape.
