There is a stretch of highway between Grand Junction and Montrose Colorado where the land stretches out as far as the eye can see and the sky unfolds with an immense grandeur that is simply breathtaking. On this day, while on route back to Crested Butte Colorado, I was stunned by the sudden and dramatic development of this extraordinary double rainbow.
